Zouaves

Nicholls' Brigade as painted by Russell Briant.

Half painted in the uniform of the Louisiana Tigers (stripy pants and straw hats) and the rest as the Zouaves of the 1st Louisiana (red pants and yellow trim).

Russell has done an absolutely wonderful job on these guys.

    1. Wow.

Took me some moments to work out those were more Perry Zouaves, not 54mm minis.

So much to like, so much more for me to learn about laying down paint.

      Thanks for sharing those.

      Where's the Flag from?

  6. If you do not mind me asking, where is the location of this wargame going to take place (country or state). I would love to bring some troops to the table.

    1. Hi Jim

Our big game is to be held in Christchurch, New Zealand on the weekend closest to 1-3 July.

      How would that suit Jim?
